5. Payments & Transactions

• We are not responsible for offline payments or agreements made outside the application.

If misinformation is directly provided through listings managed by TollyFriend, we will review and take appropriate action.

• User data is retained while the account remains active.
• Data may be retained up to 90 days after account deletion for security and legal compliance.

Deletion requests are processed within 7 working days after verification.
