Account Deletion – TollyFriend
This page explains how users of TollyFriend, developed by ALAHARI BALA SAI RAGHAVA PHANEENDRA, can request deletion of their account and associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion

⏱️ Processing Time: Within 7 working days
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Profile data including name and phone number
- Registered email address
- Authentication credentials
- User-generated content associated with your profile
- Device identifiers and push notification tokens
Data That May Be Retained
- Legal compliance records, if required by applicable law
- Security and fraud-prevention logs (retained for up to 90 days)
Processing Time
Account deletion requests will be processed within 7 working days from the date of receiving a valid request. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
Important Notice
⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Once completed:
- The account cannot be restored
- All associated data will be permanently removed
- You will need to create a new account if you wish to use TollyFriend again
